Itege Bailey

Ms. Itege Bailey is a Team Lead in HHS’s Health Resources and Services Administration in the Bureau of Primary Health Care’s (BPHC) Office of Policy and Program Development. She leads the development of supplemental funding opportunities for health centers that reflect and anticipate key emerging issues in the public health and healthcare landscapes. She has also led the development of funding and technical assistance for BPHC’s Service Area Competition (SAC) funding opportunity which provides funding to support continued access to primary health care services for medically underserved communities and populations. Prior to joining HRSA, she led programs for Tribal and research and demonstration grantees at the Administration for Children and Families.
