Guadalupe Cuesta is the Director of the National Migrant & Seasonal Head Start Collaboration Office. Ms. Cuesta has worked with the Migrant Head Start Branch and with its programs for over twenty years in a variety of roles, predominantly in program design and management. Her expertise also extends to the service areas of health, disabilities, nutrition and family/community partnerships. Ms. Cuesta is a Latina and a native to the Imperial Valley of California. She is a vigorous advocate for the rights, education and standard of living of migrants, engaging in outreach efforts at the national, state and local level. Ms. Cuesta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in bilingual/bicultural studies and a Master's in Organizational Psychology.
