Dr. Farzad Mostashari is the CEO of Aledade, a company that helps independent primary care practices and health centers form and succeed in accountable care organizations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this success has largely been in the form of support for the practices and health centers that comprise Aledade ACOs, including securing more than $1 million worth of personal protective equipment, standing up a telehealth solution in a matter of days, and taking to Congress, HHS, and national media to advocate for increased funding for primary care.
Six years since founding Aledade, he has helped the company grow to serve more than 600 practices in 30 states, including 89 health centers across 14 states, accountable for the care of nearly one million patients.
