Ted Waters is well known for his expertise in federal grants, government reimbursement, payment and administrative issues, and strategic handling of organizations facing crises. He has been counsel to a variety of federal grantees for 25+ years including many CHCs and PCAs. Ted has represented clients in front of federal and state courts, administrative tribunals, Offices of Inspector General, and federal agencies. He has been Managing Partner of Feldesman Tucker for many years and is an adjunct professor of law at The George Washington University School of Law. Ted was again selected as a “Super Lawyer” for Health Care in Washington, DC for 2018.
