Diana Erani

Diana is the Director of the Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers. The HCCN has 36 participating health centers and works with 6 EMRs, 3 different EDRs, and the Azara DRVS data warehouse. She was previously the COO at Healthcare for the Homeless - Houston, an FQHC affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine. Diana has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from New York University. Her prior work roles include: business improvement analyst at the Government Accountability Office, adjunct professor at Boston University, internal consultant at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, and manager of several private medical practices.
