Courtney Pelley joined the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in 2015. In her role as Kennedy CHC's Chief of Staff, Courtney oversees the compliance program, leads advocacy efforts, works closely with the board of directors, and manages the school-based health centers (SBHCs). Courtney has participated in the NACHC/George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health Geiger Gibson Capstone Fellowship Program in Community Health Policy and Leadership, Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers/Suffolk University Sawyer Business School Moakley Center for Public Management Certificate Program in Community Health, and Community Health Center Management, and NACHC Advocacy Leadership Program. She also serves on the board of the Massachusetts School-Based Health Alliance.
