Cheri Rinehart is President & CEO of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC). Ms. Rinehart is a registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator. She has held various administrative positions, including vice president and director of nursing. Her health policy expertise includes primary care to long term care and end of life care. Ms. Rinehart was one of 20 nurses selected nationwide in 2004 for a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellowship, is a graduate of Penn State’s RULE Rural-Urban Leadership Program and is a summa cum laude graduate of Bloomsburg University. She is chair of the NACHC PCA Leadership Committee and serves on several other national healthcare boards and committees as well as the boards of several higher education institutions. She has served on numerous state committees and task forces and is the recipient of awards for her work in rural and emergency health
