Ashley Wilson MHA, BSN, RN

Ashley Wilson serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Open Door Health Services, a multi-site Federally Qualified Health Center in East Central Indiana. Ashley has nearly twenty years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, working in clinical and leadership roles in the both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Ashley is a Registered Nurse and holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University. Throughout her tenure, Ashley has led a variety of process improvement projects aimed at reducing cost, increasing efficiency, reducing burnout, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing patient satisfaction for the various organizations for which she has has served.
