Amy Killelea JD

Senior Director, Health Systems Integration, NASTAD (National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors)

Amy Killelea is the senior director of Health Systems and Policy. She leads NASTAD's policy, public and private insurance, and healthcare financing activities, including overseeing technical assistance and capacity building assistance for state HIV and hepatitis programs and developing recommendations to inform state and federal policy. Prior to NASTAD, Amy worked as a senior fellow in Harvard Law School’s Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation conducting legal and regulatory analysis of federal health care reform, Medicaid and private insurance. Amy received her B.A. from Smith College and J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
