Adam Carbullido is the Director of Policy and Advocacy for the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) where leads the association's engagement with Congress, the Executive Branch, and national coalition and community partners. He brings extensive experience in the federal legislative process. Prior to joining AAPCHO in December 2018, Adam worked for nearly a decade in the U.S. House of Representatives and served as chief of staff to Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo of Guam. He held a several leadership roles in Congresswoman Bordallo’s office including deputy chief of staff, communications director, and senior advisor for health, immigration, and tax issues. Adam has extensive relationships with Members of Congress and congressional staff and leverages his experience to advance AAPI issues in Congress.
Adam received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. A native of Guam, he currently resides in Washington, D.C.
