This webinar provides a current snapshot of Veteran patients in Health Centers and opportunities to advance projects in service to Veteran patients, with partners like the Veterans Administration or local philanthropies. Consider how ARP funding might support a vulnerable Veteran population and their needs. Learn about a promising practice from a NY Health Center that developed and funded an employee position to liaison with the VA. Hear from the NYS Health Foundation and their motivation for investing in Veteran wellness efforts at health centers.
