Dalila Valdovinos, LLMSW, has worked with the LA VIDA Partnership of Community Health and Social Services (CHASS) Center for 6 years, most recently as an Evaluation Community Health Worker and Youth Organizer. She is most passionate about providing prevention and awareness workshops in her community to inform individuals of their rights, disseminate myths, and bring awareness around the issues of domestic violence, dating violence, and sexual assault. Currently, Dalila is collaborating with a local university to conduct a research study exploring culturally specific services to identify and disseminate best practices when providing services for Latina survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
