Mr. Burns oversees all research, training and technical assistance activities, and the design of QI/QA programs and knowledge of HRSA program requirements to create meaningful T/TA activities for PHPC grantees. Mr. Burns has over 25 years of experience in project management, business process reengineering, grant management, research and program support.He has an MPA from Suffolk University in Boston, and a BA from St. Anselm College, in Manchester, NH.
