Ashley Ballard RN, BSN

Ashley Ballard is the Director of Clinical Quality and HCCN Project Director for the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers. She came to OACHC in 2014 from an FQHC where she worked as a Staff Nurse, Clinical Manager, and Quality Assurance Coordinator. Ashley works with health centers on risk management, quality improvement, emergency preparedness and clinical initiatives as well as providing support to the quality personnel. She graduated from Edison Community College with an Associate of Applied Science and Wright State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Ashley is also a PCMH Certified Content Expert thru NCQA and has experience with Joint Commission standards.
