Emily Decker
Health Scientist, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
Emily is a health scientist with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ Office of Population Affairs (OPA). She currently oversees the Title X Family Planning Program annual data reporting system as well as a project to create interoperability standards for family planning and reproductive health. Prior to joining HHS in 2014, Emily worked in international development and led women’s empowerment initiatives. She holds a Master of Public Health in epidemiology and biostatistics from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
