Aaron Todd MPP
Chief Strategy Officer, Iowa Primary Care Association
Aaron Todd serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for the Iowa Primary Care Association, INConcertCare (an HCCN), and IowaHealth+, a clinically integrated network of eleven health centers in Iowa. In this role, Aaron leads business, communications, and advocacy strategy across the three companies with a focus on improving patient outcomes while reducing total health care costs. A significant focus of his work has been positioning IowaHealth+ as a leader and preferred partner in Iowa’s move to value-based payment reform within Medicaid. Aaron will assume the CEO role in July 2019.
Previously, Aaron worked for the Iowa Legislature, leading research and negotiations on health and human services policy and budget decisions on behalf of the Senate Majority. Aaron earned a Master in Public Policy from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University.
