Toniann Richard is the CEO of the Health Care Collaborative of Rural Missouri. The collaborative is the hub for rural network development and clinically integrated services in West Central Missouri. Toniann has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, and as many years of experience working with community networks. For over ten years, her expertise has been instrumental in successfully implementing and launching programs that improve access to care and health care delivery to underserved populations.
Toniann's career goals for the organization are to successfully develop a sustainable Rural Health Network for providers and is working with HCC's Network to develop highly effective service delivery models for vulnerable populations. She firmly believes that organizations are more successful when they partner with others. Her leadership specialties include: Nonprofit, Marketing, Management, Sustainable Program Development, Financial Development, Budget Planning and Implementation, Staff and Volunteer Development, and Executive Leadership.
