Ted Boesen, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of the Iowa Primary Care Association and the integrated service delivery network of community health centers known as INConcertCare, Inc. In August 2014, Ted assumed the role of CEO of IowaHealth+, an Iowa Medicaid Accountable Care Organization that partners with managed care organizations to improve quality of care and reduce cost. He is also the board chair of the Iowa Information Network. Ted is a champion of veterans' issues and care delivery to veterans in collaboration with the US Department of Veterans Affairs. He works closely with the Veterans Rural Health Resource Center based at the Iowa City VA Medical Center.
