Adrienne Mann RN

Adrienne Mann (Meier) graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's in Nursing. She started the Care Coordination and Clinical Education Program at a large Federally Qualified Health Center on the south and west sides of Chicago. She is is a 2017 recipient of the Geiger Gibson Emerging Leaders Award from NACHC and the Milken Institute School of Public Health. Adrienne currently works with Coleman Associates in redesigning community health centers across the country with a focus on patient experience, care coordination, and behavioral health integration.
