Erin Raftery RN, MPH
Care Manager, Eastern Iowa Health Center
Erin Raftery has been a care manager at Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) since February 2017. She holds an undergraduate degree in nursing and a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in community and behavioral health. Erin is active in partnerships with the local public health agency and is also a health coach at EIHC. Prior to being a care manager, she worked in corporate wellness, hospital quality and performance improvement, and pediatric intensive care.
