Erin Trapp RN

Erin Trapp received her ADN from Southern State Community College and has spent 16 years in the nursing field in a variety of roles. She completed an Oncology internship with James Cancer Hospital and lead a clinical team in the development of a new oncology facility for a hospital system. She joined Compass Community Health in 2014 and currently serves as their Clinical Director. She assisted with the FQHC accreditation, expanded primary care and behavioral health services using an integrated care model, implemented SBIRT and PRAPARE screenings into the clinic workflow, and recently assisted in the achievement of 2017 PCMH recognition. Erin and her husband Mark reside in Portsmouth, Ohio and are involved in Epilepsy and Neurofibromatosis advocacy along with their two children.
