Program Manager, Value-Based Care and Social Determinants of Health, OCHIN, Inc.

Ned Mossman, MPH, joined OCHIN in 2014. In his current role he oversees OCHIN’s Value-Based Care and Social Determinants of Health programs, working to help members understand and address the medical and social complexity of their patients. Prior to that, he managed OCHIN’s first HRSA Health Center Controlled Network grant and has led improvement efforts with a variety of clinical, financial, and operational aims. Before joining OCHIN, Mr. Mossman served for 7 years as Associate Director of the Oregon Osteoporosis Center, where he oversaw operations for an active set of clinical diagnostic testing laboratories and was involved in numerous pharmaceutical and medical device research projects. Mr. Mossman received a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Oregon Health & Science University in 2002.
