Deila Davis MPP, MBA

For over 17 years, Deila Davis has worked in the Community Health Center movement – first as the Director of Government Affairs at ACCESS, a 35-location health center network based in metropolitan Chicago, and currently as the Director of Public Policy Operations at NACHC, where she leads advocacy efforts on behalf of 1,400 health center organizations. In both roles, Deila has advocated before Members of Congress and state officials to increase funding investments and support policy initiatives to expand access to primary, behavioral, and maternal-child health services in underserved communities. Previously, Ms. Davis was a Policy Analyst for the Detroit City Council and a Fundraising Director for a K-12 educational institution. She graduated with a Bachelor’s from Brown University and earned her Master’s degrees in both Public Policy and Business Administration.
