Jonathan Chapman MBA
Chief Project Officer, Capital Link
Jonathan Chapman re-joined Capital Link in 2015, and currently serves as its Chief Project Officer. In this role he leads the consulting team’s work with health centers, PCAs, and HCCNs in capital development, operational analyses, strategic planning, and data analytic efforts.
He formerly served as Executive Director of the Louisiana Primary Care Association (LPCA) where he supported member health centers and partner organizations navigate the complex health care, political, and financial environments. He has additional experience with Medicaid and a Primary Care Office (PCO) through the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals as well as retail and hospital pharmacy management.
In addition to having received both a BA degree in marketing and MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University, he has completed multiple health care executive programs and earned a predictive analytics certificate through the University of California, Irvine. He is located in Capital Link’s Colorado office.
