Molly Evans JD

Molly Shuttleworth Evans is a partner at the firm and practices in the health care group. She assists community health centers with regulatory, transactional, corporate compliance, and risk management matters. Ms. Evans also regularly counsels health centers on patient privacy and confidentiality. Ms. Evans previously served as in-house counsel at a large community health center. As in-house counsel, Ms. Evans had primary responsibility for identifying and managing the legal risk issues, as well as for providing legal advice in the areas of transactional and regulatory health care,corporate compliance, nonprofit governance, employment and risk management, including patient safety.
