Brooke Lattimore has been the Health & Wellness Center’s COO since October 2007. HWC has one simple goal in mind: they are committed to providing quality healthcare. Brooke’s role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and offer support to the department directors of their medical, dental, optometry, behavioral health, psychiatry, pharmacy, and recently added Head Start services. HWC serves nearly 30,000 patients, approximately 700 Head Start students, and provided over 115,000 patient care visits in 2020. They are now the largest rural community health center in Oklahoma, with 29 delivery sites in nine counties in eastern Oklahoma.
