Melissa Mitchell

Melissa Mitchell has held roles from Managed Care Specialist to Chief Information Officer to her current position, Chief Operating Officer. Melissa’s responsibilities at HealthLinc include the leadership and strategy execution of all operations and technology. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and has a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from Western Governors’ University. In 2014, she graduated from the Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program at UCLA. In 2020, Melissa was inducted into the Northwest Indiana IN Business 20 Under 40 class. She also received her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
