Elizabeth Oseguera is the Associate Director of Policy for the California Primary Care Association. Her issue areas include 340B, behavioral health, workforce, specifically as it relates to community health workers, farmworker advocacy, and immigration. As the lead on immigration work for CPCA, she has collaborated with immigrant partners to create resources, such as sample policies and procedures, toolkits and trainings that help health centers prepare staff and patients for a possible encounter with immigration officials.

Elizabeth graduated from Sonoma State University in 2010, with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice. During college she worked as an educational advisor for migrant students. She is the proud daughter of immigrant parents creating in her a passion for helping marginalized communities gain access to basic health services in a culturally appropriate way.
