Edward (Ted) has been an attorney at the law firm of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell for nearly 30 years, and currently serves as the Managing Partner. Ted is national authority in the area of federal grants and reimbursement for health care services including Section 330, Medicare and Medicaid among other payor sources. He represents a wide variety of entities including Health Centers, other non-profit organizations and state and national associations in judicial and administrative litigation as well as advising on all aspects of program requirements.
