Alexa Chande

Alexa Chande is the Operations Improvement Specialist at Saban Community Clinic. She started in 2017 and now supports all Operations department teams in their process improvement efforts. She leverages her healthcare experience, analytical and critical thinking skills to assess challenges and implement programs that improve patient experience/outcomes and improve staff workflows and efficiencies. She holds a B.S. in Policy, Planning and Development with an emphasis in Health Administration from the University of Southern California, and specializes in data analysis, problem assessment, and protocol development.
