Alexander Lipovtsev has been with CHCANYS since September 2015. In his current position, he is responsible for the development and implementation of CHCANYS’ federal, state, city, and privately funded Emergency Management projects. In this role, he provides ongoing training/technical assistance services and various programming to community health centers and primary care clinics to increase their emergency preparedness and response capabilities. Alexander is a certified trainer of both the ALICE® method (active shooter training) and CPI® Programs (workplace violence preparedness training methods). He holds an active clinical license (LCSW) from New York State.
