Dianne Pledgie is a Partner and Compliance Counsel at Feldesman Leifer. Dianne specializes in assisting health centers with developing, implementing and assessing their Compliance Programs. Her other client work is focused on the areas of privacy and security (including the HIPAA Privacy, Security and Breach Notification Rules, 42 CFR Part 2, and Information Blocking Rule), emergency preparedness, and enterprise risk management.

Dianne is well-versed in the compliance risks facing health centers because of her experience as Chief Compliance Officer and Manager of Government Grants for Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, one of the largest health center programs in the country.
