Molly Shuttleworth Evans is a partner at Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP and practices in its health care group. She assists community health centers with regulatory, transactional, corporate compliance, and risk management matters. Molly also regularly counsels health centers on patient privacy and confidentiality. She previously served as in-house counsel at a large community health center, where she had primary responsibility for identifying and managing the legal risk issues, as well as for providing legal advice in the areas of transactional and regulatory health care, corporate compliance, nonprofit governance, employment and risk management, including patient safety.
