Dr. Richard Shinto is President and Chief Executive Officer of InnovaCare Health, an integrated healthcare company dedicated to improving lives through value-based care. Dr. Shinto has more than 25 years of clinical and operational healthcare experience in managed care, a proven track record of innovative, physician-led care models that improve quality, patient satisfaction and financial performance. Dr. Shinto serves as CEO of InnovaCare’s subsidiaries in Puerto Rico through MMM Holdings, which includes MMM Healthcare, the island’s oldest and largest Medicare Advantage plan, managing more than 250,000 lives. Dr. Shinto received his B.S. from the University of California at Irvine, his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an M.B.A. from the University of Redlands
