Cheryl Modica is Director of NACHC’s Quality Center, where she provides strategic direction in clinical quality and health center transformation. She has decades of experience designing, developing and operationalizing innovative health care initiatives aimed toward integrating primary care and public health and translating evidence into practice. Her current work includes the design of an evidence-based framework for health center transformation of infrastructure, people, and delivery systems in support of the Quintuple Aim goals of improved health outcome, improved patient and staff experience, reduced costs, and improved equity. Dr. Modica previously served as Co-Director of NACHC's PCMH Institute and Director of BPHC's Patient Visit Redesign Collaborative. Dr. Modica has an MPH from UNC Chapel Hill and a PhD from NYU's School of Public Service.
