Mentored by Cornell Scott, Michael R. Taylor has been employed by the Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center (CS-HHC) since 2010 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2012. Prior to that, he was Founder and President of a health care consulting firm that served more than 200 community health centers nationally and also held leadership positions with several national accounting and health care consulting firms including The Lewin Group. He provided consultative support to federal, state and local governments, and state and regional primary care associations. In addition, he was a subject expert and trainer for the National Association of Community Health Centers for more than ten years focusing on strategic planning and operations improvement.
