Ashaki Williams Burgess MBA

Ashaki Williams-Burgess is the Chief of Staff at Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) Inc, where she is responsible for planning and managing the health center’s administrative, financial, and operational activities. She also leads the human resources department, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership and development strategies. As a member of the executive team, Williams-Burgess contributes to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the organization as a creative thinker, change agent, and energy influencer who effectively balances the needs of employees with the mission of the organization. Ashaki has over 20 years of human resources and operations management experience. Before joining TFHC she was the National Director of Operations at American Directions Group, a nationwide data collections company with facilities in 7 states and employees across 11 states. She holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management, an MBA, and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Marketing.
