A Partner with Feldesman Leifer’s health law practice group, Dianne advises health centers on developing compliance programs that incorporate the Office of the Inspector General (OIG)’s seven elements, address top compliance risk areas and reflect the organization’s culture. Dianne regularly advises health centers on compliance with privacy, security and confidentiality requirements under Federal law, including the HIPAA Rules, 42 CFR Part 2, and the Information Blocking Rule. She has experience responding to privacy and security incidents, including working with forensic teams to determine whether there has been a reportable breach, notifying patients and the government, and responding to investigations by the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and other government agencies.
