Beth Edwards works for Capital Link as Senior Director, Project Consulting, and Health Center Operations /Facilities Planner. She brings over 30 years of healthcare experience and is responsible for technical assistance to community health centers, primary care associations (PCAs), and other organizations nationwide. This role allows her to assist health centers in strategic planning, improving operational performance, optimizing patient flow, and planning capital projects.
Mrs. Edwards has worked in several FQHCs for over ten years, holding multiple administrative roles, including Director of Health Center Operations. Her responsibilities in the FQHC environment included strategic planning, HRSA site visits, Board Governance, provider productivity, grant management, and day-to-day operations. In addition, Mrs. Edwards has worked in various medical settings, including acute-care hospital, outpatient, and ambulatory care.
Mrs. Edwards holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a post-masters Nurse Practitioner Specialty. She is a licensed registered nurse with certifications as a Clinical Nurse Leader, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, and Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification. She is located in south Alabama.
