As the Founder/Owner of Impact2Lead and CEO of Johnson Health Center (JHC), Gary has enjoyed success with leadership positions at LexisNexis and Bayer. As a result of his leadership at JHC, they became the first FQHC to be recognized in May 2016 as an Employer of Choice by Employer of Choice International, Inc. In April, 2017, the center became the recipient of a Best Places to Work Award for Central Virginia, and in 2018 it was selected as one of the top nine emerging small businesses in Central Virginia. Gary speaks nationally on workplace culture and transformation.
