Don Daniel

Vice President, Business Development and General Counsel; Executive Director, Presbyterian Medical Services and Community Health Best Practices, LLC

Mr. Daniel is Vice President of Business Development & General Counsel for Presbyterian Medical Services (“PMS”), a large community health center headquartered in Santa Fe, NM operating 50+ clinics and numerous other health and human service programs across the state. In addition to his health center duties, Don also serves as Executive Director of Community Health Best Practices, LLC, a health center-controlled network with 17 health center members located throughout the United States. In this capacity, Don established and operates the Delta Purchasing Alliance, a national purchasing program focused entirely on FQHCs and dedicated to maximizing GPO and supplier cost savings. Prior to joining Presbyterian Medical Services in 2003, Mr. Daniel was an attorney in the health care practice group at Thompson Coburn LLP in St. Louis, MO, where he represented health care industry clients in a full range of regulatory and transactional matters including HIPAA privacy and security, health care fraud and abuse, mergers and acquisitions and complex health care joint ventures.
