Director, Leadership Development and Training, NACHC
Cindy Thomas is currently the Director of Leadership Training and Cooperative Agreement Management for NACHC. In this role, Cindy develops high quality leadership, management, and operations trainings for health centers in the context of the new environment of integration and patient-centered medical home, inclusive of the Managing Ambulatory Health Care Series, the CEO Institute and CFO Institute, and Executive Coaching Services. Prior to joining NACHC in 2012, she was a member of a health center team, where she served as the Director of Development and Special Projects in Central New York. Cindy also has extensive experience in grants and national cooperative agreement development and management. She earned both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees at the State University of New York at Cortland.
