Adrienne Mann

Chief Innovation Officer, Coleman and Associates

Adrienne Mann (Meier) graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's in Nursing. She started the Care Coordination and Clinical Education Program at a large Federally Qualified Health Center on the south and west sides of Chicago. She is is a 2017 recipient of the Geiger Gibson Emerging Leaders Award from the National Association of Community Health Centers and the Milken Institute School of Public Health. Adrienne currently works with Coleman Associates as the Chief Innovation Officer in redesigning Community Health Centers across the country with a focus on patient experience, care coordination, and behavioral health integration.
