Shannon Osborne

Shannon started working at The Wright Center for Community Health in January 2020 as a Case Manager and transitioned into the role of Project Manager in 2021. In this vital role, Shannon oversees a variety of projects that help fulfill the mission of The Wright Center, a federally qualified health center look-alike. Professionally, Shannon is a versatile healthcare worker with over 20 years of combined clinical and administrative experiences that include community health worker, certified nursing assistant, unit secretary, administrative assistant and office manager. Shannon is passionate about increasing health equity, reducing stigma, and promoting trauma-informed care. She has participated in two NACHC Design Sprints, and she is delighted to share her insight of these experiences with others.
