Senior Director of Policy, CHCANYS
Marie Mongeon is the Senior Director of Policy at the Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS), where she leads CHCANYS’ policy and advocacy team. Marie promotes the work of federally qualified health centers, protecting their ability to deliver high quality care to New York’s underserved communities, including in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining CHCANYS, she was a researcher at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health where she explored promising practices from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation Accountable Health Communities Model, Delivery System Reform Incentive Program, and State Innovation Model grants. Marie also has experience in health information technology policy research. Marie holds degrees from the University of Rochester (BA) and George Washington University (MPH).
