Sarah is a Program Analyst with the Public Health Infrastructure and Systems team at NACCHO, where she provides direct technical assistance to communities across the US. She has over 8 years’ experience in community assessment and improvement, coalition building, community engagement, and health equity. Prior to joining NACCHO, Sarah worked at the Chatham County Public Health Department in North Carolina, where she led the county’s cross-sector community improvement collaborative. Sarah has also provided assistance to communities across North Carolina through the University of North Carolina and coordinated community programming at a FQHC in Northern California. Sarah has a B.A. in Psychology, International Studies and Spanish from Susquehanna University and a MPH in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
