By modeling approaches to break down barriers and establish spaces of inclusive excellence, the presenter offers a real-time encounter that will offer practical strategies for implementation in our work sites and help create a deep sense of community at FOM/IT. This experience will be carefully curated to ensure that, whether in-person or virtual, participants will be equally engaged and impacted.
