Scott Rosenthal

Scott worked in business and finance related jobs for 34 years before joining Tahlequah City Hospital in January of 2010. While there, he has served as Director of Physician Practice Management; Assistant Vice President of Physician Services, Recruiting; and now serves as the CEO of Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers, Inc. (NEO Health). Scott became CEO of NEO Health in 2012 and at that time the organization had experienced a decline in the number of providers, patient encounters, and financial stability. In 2016, NEO Health recorded new highs in patients, patient encounters, and providers. Scott left Tahlequah City Hospital in April 2015 and became full-time CEO of NEO Health in May 2015. At the October 2015 Oklahoma Primary Care Association Annual Conference, Scott received the Outstanding Leader of the Year Award of Excellence.
