Suzanne E. Rossel CHCANYS Senior Vice-President Since 2013, Ms. Rossel has been responsible for developing and expanding the Community Health Care Association of New York State’s (CHCANYS')--NYS primary care association (PCA)--training and technical assistance programs and services to support and strengthen NYS Community Health Centers (CHCs). These services and offerings include operational (financial, human resources, compliance), workforce, and governing board tools, training, and technical assistance, as well as direct services including Americorp and Navigator programs. CHCANYS’ emergency preparedness and management (EP/M) program has been an important focus for the ongoing development of tools, training, and assistance to support CHCs in New York and nationally. Ms. Rossel brings over 25 years’ experience working with CHCs and PCAs nationally and in her New York home state. Suzanne received a Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin.
