Megan Peterson RPh, CDE

Megan Peterson is a Clinical Pharmacist in Ambulatory Care at Valley Health Systems in Huntington, WV. She received her BSPharm from West Virginia University in 2000. She has a broad background in pharmacy including some retail experience; 12 years at Mayo Clinic as a clinical pharmacist in surgery, neurology, and psychiatry; and 4 years teaching pharmacotherapeutics at Marshall University School of Pharmacy where she remains adjunct faculty. Megan is also a Certified Diabetes Educator. Her primary focus is Transitions of Care Management at Valley Health where she developed and manages their TCM program companywide.
